Flavored Butter

Good to Know
Butter is high in fat & calories but it a good source of Vitamin A, which is good for skin & eyes. Eat in moderation and enjoy your flavored butter!
Ingredients
100 gm Salted Butter |
2 crushed garlic cloves |
1/4th tsp ground black pepper |
1/4th tsp chilli flakes |
1/4th tsp Italian seasoning or oregano |

Method
- Let the butter soften (soft enough to work with!) at room temperature. Mash it, with the help of a fork/spatula.
- Add crushed garlic, Italian seasoning, ground black pepper & chilly flakes, Mix well.
- Place the butter in a food wrap paper and twist the ends, like that of a toffee!
- Refrigerate and use when needed.

Tips & Variation
- If you are using unsalted butter than add salt as per your taste.
- You can use some fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, parsley or dill in combination with the spices.
